Our ambition is to become more than a cleaning company. We are building a business that creates opportunities for people experiencing homelessness by providing paid employment, practical training, and a pathway towards independent living.
We believe that a job can be the first step in rebuilding confidence, financial stability and a brighter future.

Many people experiencing homelessness want to work but face barriers that make it difficult to move into stable housing, even when they are motivated to rebuild their life.
Gaps in work history make it harder to compete for available roles.
Fewer opportunities to build the practical skills employers look for.
Unstable living situations make consistent routines difficult to maintain.
Difficulty accessing identification or banking, and limited financial security.
As First Choice Cleaning NI grows, we aim to work alongside homelessness charities, local authorities and support organisations to create supported employment opportunities.
Our role is to provide meaningful employment. Specialist support such as housing, benefits and wellbeing would remain with experienced partner organisations — we focus on what we do best, and let expert partners do the same.

We want to work alongside local charities, churches, veterans' organisations, and community groups to help people rebuild their lives through meaningful employment, practical training, and ongoing support.

As a social-impact driven organisation, our training academy serves two vital purposes: providing premium compliance courses for commercial companies, and delivering fully funded, life-changing vocational skills to individuals in the homeless community to help them transition into stable employment.
